From start to finish Avalanche Liners are produced in house. We produce the sheet, butt-weld the plastic liner, and complete the custom-fabrication all in the same facility.
Specifically formulated polyethylene resin is used to make all of our HMW and UHMW sheets.
Completed sheets are inspected for quality before moving to the next steps.
Finished sheets are welded together with a specially designed plastic welding machine.
Once welded, the sheets are fabricated with any requirements specific to your application.
Completed liners are packaged for delivery anywhere in the world.
Installed and ready to go to work for you.
